We’re so glad you’re here. The Pride Porch is a space for LGBTQ+ folks and allies to gather, connect, and feel at home. To keep our porch warm, safe, and welcoming for everyone, we’ve put together a few simple guidelines.

• Authenticity — Be yourself, and let others do the same.

• Safety — Help us keep this space emotionally and physically safe.

• Joy and celebration — Share what makes you proud, happy, and hopeful.

🪑 Porch Etiquette

• No hate speech, harassment, or discrimination — This includes racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, and any other form of bigotry.

• Keep it cozy — Avoid aggressive debates or disruptive behavior. Passion is welcome; hostility is not.

• Respect privacy — Don’t share someone else’s story, identity, or personal info without their consent.

• Use inclusive language — Words matter. We aim for language that affirms and uplifts.

• Report concerns — If something feels off, let us know. We’ll handle it with care.

• Stay on-topic — This is a space for LGBTQ+ community, support, and celebration.

• No spam or self-promotion — Unless it’s clearly relevant and shared with permission.

• Be mindful of tone — Humor, venting, and storytelling are welcome—just keep it neighborly.
